Table 3 lists the recommended loading dose (saturation of the liver cells), maintenance and/or preventive dose in ounces of liquid noni for both adults and children. According to Dr. Heinicke, because noni is stored in and released by the liver, there need be no dose adjustment for weight. Noni should be taken one-half hour before breakfast and one-half hour before dinner. The time of taking the juice is not too critical. Liquid noni should be taken by using a natural pure blend of 89 percent pure liquid juice from the noni plant, combined with 11 percent pure grape and blueberry juice combined with other natural berry juices. This specific combination of juices, which was created by Stephen Story and John Wadsworth, allows for a pleasant taste and smell.
To get optimal effects from noni you need to first saturate your liver with noni; this is called the "loading dose." Table 3, Month 1, gives you the amount of liquid noni to take in the first month.
After the first month and through the sixth month, take the therapeutic dose of noni, which is listed in Table 3 under month 2 through month 6. Beginning the seventh month and thereafter, take the maintenance dose of liquid noni. |
| Noni exerts its positive effects quickly in many people, and most people experience results within days to weeks. But you should commit to taking noni for 6 months before deciding how much it helps. This is exactly what 69 percent of the noni users in our study found. Before starting noni or any food supplement, you should always consult your physician and/or health professional. If you feel that during months two through seven you are not getting optimal improvement, increase your daily intake by taking an additional one-half ounce noni juice, one-half hour before lunch for three days. Increase the dose every three days by the same amount one-half hour before lunch until you obtain the desired results or until you double your original starting dose. Noni can be taken in addition to any other medications, food supplements, or medical procedures. Noni can be taken by pregnant and/or lactating women. |

Using drugs in dealing with disease often just covers up the symptoms, appearing to resolve the problem quickly. Noni, eaten as a food in many tropical places, enlists and enables the body's own regenerating powers. This method of healing may take longer, but will result in a healthier body. |

Table 1 contains the statistical analysis of the data, including both primary and secondary applications, that I obtained from surveying more than 40 doctors and other health professionals who had taken noni and/or given it to over 8,000 patients. |

Note: Noni can be taken together with all other medications?there are virtually no negative interactions. In some situations, noni can allow other medications to act more efficiently. You should tell your health professional that you are taking noni, as your physician might want to decrease the dose of the medication prescribed. This often reduces the side effects from the original medication. Reported side effects were minimal. Less than 5 percent experienced minor belching, or were allergic to noni and developed a mild rash. The belching disappeared when the dose was decreased. The rash cleared within 72 hours after the person stopped taking noni. Noni has been reported safe for pregnant and/or nursing mothers. |

** Maintenance, to maintain, to keep at an existing leave of health. If you have health challenges you need to take an appropriately larger dose. |
