OUR SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping Notice:

 

Dear friends, because our Noni is supplied to you directly from Hawaii, shipping costs tend to be high. However as our prices are so low even after paying shipping costs, your final landed cost per bottle is still way less than any other competitor worldwide!!!

We only use UPS 2nd day Air Guaranteed delivery for all orders with in the USA as it is usually less costly than using US Postal Service.

Please note that the shipping quotes listed are for ordering one item, if you purchase multiple items, you can save money on shipping.

SHIPPING TIMES:           

We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them (Monday through Thursday). Orders received on Fridays (After 12:00 Noon ), Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. We will always notify the customer by email  if there is a delay!

(Shipping charges include Shipping, Insurance & Handling.  Large Bulk orders are cheaper. )


Returns:
All unopened products may be returned for a full refund of purchase price within 30 days of purchase. All  unopened products in order must be shipped back to Healing noni at customers' expense. A "Return Authorization Number" (RMA) must be obtained from Healing Noni prior to returning the products.  Just email us and we will provide the RMA.  All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer with delivery confirmation  Important:- please pack carefully.!

 Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and normal shipping charges will be deducted from all returns.

 

We ship Internationally - However Please Read: 
  • Buyers are responsible for all international taxes, fees, impounds and customs issues.  The purchase value is declared.  Our responsibility ends once shipped.
  • Free shipping is not available for international orders or outside the continental US.
